What THE SCIENCE IS SAYING
Semen retention has been around for thousands of years, mentioned in Taoist texts going back about 4,800 years. Western science on the other hand has not yet explored it in much depth. For those men who are unwilling to attempt anything unless proven by some scientific research paper, this is unfortunately limited.
Like many Eastern practices, western science hasn’t really caught up yet. Take qi for example. There’s no proven evidence that it exists as an independent energy force, yet you can do a quick search on Youtube to watch Qi Gong masters do wild things, like drive a chopstick through a wooden table or bend a spear with their throat. Same with consciousness. Western science cannot fully explain what it is or where it comes from, but we all agree it’s real.
That said, there are a few studies worth mentioning:

So most of what you’ll read about semen retention is still anecdotal. It comes from the men who practice it and the women who feel the shift in their partners.
I was skeptical at first too, until I tried it. The changes were obvious. Full-body energetic orgasms, sharper focus, more drive, clearer mind. You can feel it when it’s real, whether or not there’s a published study to back it up.
